About The Project
This 19,369 sf addition includes ten classrooms, two Science classrooms, a Resource classroom, toilets, office, mechanical rooms, and a Teacher’s Workroom. The building is constructed on shallow concrete footings with load bearing metal stud walls with light gauge steel roof trusses and a metal deck. The exterior walls are brick veneer and the corridor walls are load bearing 8” concrete block. The roof is standing seam metal. The renovation work included expansion of the existing cafeteria into adjacent spaces and interior renovations to the cafeteria.
